Apple unveild the new Mac Book Pro models with LED-backlit displays, faster CPU, faster graphics and display resolution up to 1920×1200 on the 17” model.

– 2GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM included, Max. 4GB
– 8x slot-loading SuperDrive (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
– 15” LED backlit LCD – Less power consumption, no mercury
– NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT with 128MB (15”) or 256MB (17”) GDDR3 RAM
– Display resolution 1440×900 (15”), 1680×1020 (17”), 1920×1200 (17” option)
